The successful candidate will play a key role in developing the service business in their region, managing product performance, and ensuring regional sales teams are knowledgeable about our products. Your Key Responsibilities: - Gaining in-depth knowledge of our service products and solutions. - Contributing to local business plans, including market analysis, pricing, and installed base management. - Providing valuable feedback to our product development team. - Sharing best practices with colleagues and conducting training sessions. - Serving as the interface between regions and product development, supporting the implementation of sales tools, and contributing to operational improvements. Your Profile and Qualifications: - Degree in engineering, business management, or relevant work experience. - Proven track record in service sales, especially complex solutions. - Experience launching strategic initiatives independently. - Success in managing accounts and distribution channels. - Able to travel 30-50% of the time.
