Key Responsibilities: Calendar Management: Schedule and manage meetings for the CPO and HR leaders. Expense Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly expense reports for the HR team. Board Materials: Assist in preparing presentations and data slides for the Board of Directors. Report Drafting: Draft and review reports and presentations for the CPO. Event Support: Plan and execute key HR events, managing logistics and branding materials. Meeting Facilitation: Prepare agendas, take notes, and track follow-up actions. Project Coordination: Assist in HR projects related to Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement. Online Presence: Enhance the HR departments presence on LinkedIn and other platforms. Team Engagement: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. What Were Looking For: Proficiency in English: Highest level of written and oral English proficiency. Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to interact positively and professionally with colleagues.
