We are looking for a Development Director to focus on leading and delivering testing strategy and execution, partnering with our teams in India and North America. Responsibilities - Proficient in designing and implementing a comprehensive test strategies. - Experience defining and balance test scope, estimate effort, manage risk. - Integrate emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools and predictive analytics, to improve QV processes and enhance quality outcomes. - Awareness of the evolving AI tools and platforms. Assess the potential ROI and risks of adopting AI solutions within the QV domain. - Experience using complex data, including insights derived from AI and machine learning, to inform strategic decisions, improve resource allocation, predict quality risks, and improve QV operations. - Experience leading QV efforts within Agile/Scrum. including implementing and tailoring Agile testing practices. - Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure cost-effectiveness and financial efficiency. - Demonstrated expertise in leading teams through important technological and process changes, including AI solutions into established workflows. - Expertise in performance management, conflict resolution, promoting a positive work environment, culture of diversity and inclusion, and developing team capabilities to use emerging technologies. Qualifications - 8+ years of game or software development QA experience, including 3+ years in a lead/manager role. - Experience managing multi-discipline teams and working with remote teams - Understanding of software development processes - Stakeholder management and communication - Experience in leadership roles, including experience coordinating teams. - Experience with process improvement methodologies and leading innovation in testing processes to enhance efficiency.
