Seeking an exceptional Financial Administrator to manage financial records, process transactions, and provide accurate reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. - Process invoices, payments, and deposits, ensuring timely and efficient transaction processing. - Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies. - Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to inform business decisions. - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. - Ensure adherence to all relevant tax regulations, maintaining a proactive approach to regulatory compliance. - Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Financial Administrator or similar role, preferably in a related industry. - Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, is required. - Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills are essential for this role. - Strong time-management and communication skills are necessary to work effectively within a team. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
