Analista Contratos Y Licitaciones Objetivo del rol: Realizar la revisión de pliegos de condiciones, adendas y demás actos administrativos que se expidan durante el proceso pre licitatorio, licitatorio y de adjudicación, gestionar y consolidar la documentación de requisitos habilitantes y demás documentos requeridos en los procesos de contratación con clientes públicos y privados en los que participe la VP de Empresa y Gobierno, garantizando la calidad y oportunidad en la entrega de las ofertas, así como la consolidación de ofertas finales y entrega al área comercial y/o montaje en las plataformas establecidas. Es responsable de realizar actividades de seguimiento y aseguramiento de los procesos anteriormente descritos. Adicional de documentar correctamente en las plataformas y/o formularios la gestión insumo de reportologia y presentaciones del proceso de licitaciones. Participar activamente en las funciones que aporten a la simplicidad del proceso comercial, garantizando el correcto uso de Salesforce y la renovación oportuna de las ofertas comerciales. Perfil requerido: Un (1) año de experiencia en procesos de legalización de contratos con cliente y/o atencion en procesos de licitaciones. Conocimiento del sector de las telecomunicaciones, sistemas de información y procesos comerciales de B2B. Preferiblemnete 1 año de experiencia en procesos de backoffice. Tecnologo o Profesional en Mercadeo, Ingenieras, Administración o afines. Conocimiento deseable: Procesos, telecomunicacione: (Experiencia-Portafolio-Sistemas de información).
