We are looking for administrative skills to fill the role of Document Management Technician in Bogotá - La Florida. Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with occasional Saturday availability. Job stability and direct employment with the company. Contract type: Fixed-term for 19 months. Work location: Autopista Medellín Bogotá KM 1.5 – Vereda Vuelta Grande – La Florida Complex. Position Responsibilities: Lead the document management process. Manage inventory control. Attend audits. Prepare and deliver management reports. Ensure compliance with client-established service levels (ANS). Store documentation following virtual repository standards. Handle movement of documents, boxes, bags, and other documental elements. Use document management software. Verify, prepare, and organize documental information. Validate databases against documents. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor, consistent with the role. What We Seek: Education: Technologist in Archiving or student with at least 4 semesters in archiving studies. Minimum 2 years of experience in file organization and inventory updating. Proficiency in office software. Customer management skills. Knowledge of document retention tables.
