This position reports to Sales Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key support in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, preparing final documentation, and event planning. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-hybrid. This role is contributing to the Electrification business area in Bogotá, Colombia. You will be mainly accountable for: Create, update, and maintain commercial documentation related to products, sales processes, and customers. Collaborate with the sales team to generate customized materials for clients and prospects. Plan and coordinate sales events such as product launches, trade shows, client meetings, and conferences. Propose and implement improvements to internal processes related to document management, communications, and events to optimize the sales team’s efficiency. Qualifications for the role You have 2 years of experience in similar positions in the industrial market. You are highly skilled in return analysis and measurement of campaigns, press releases, events, advertising, and product marketing. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing and Advertising, Administration, or related fields. Good communication skills. Experience with CRM and SAP. English skills.
