Key Responsibilities - Administer and maintain the Dynamics CRM platform. - Configure and customize the CRM according to business requirements. - Provide support to end users and resolve incidents. - Generate reports and basic analyses using integrated tools. - Collaborate with other departments to improve CRM management. - Implement automated processes within CRM to optimize operations. - Document changes, configurations, and best practices within CRM. - Escalate complex issues to higher levels or the solution provider. Required Skills - Efficient support for end users. - Knowledge of Dynamics CRM configurations and customization. - Quick issue resolution. - Ability to generate basic reports. - Organization and documentation of processes. - Basic level of English proficiency. Required Knowledge - Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Mandatory. - Experience with Power Portal - Mandatory. - Experience with Power Automate. - Basic knowledge of Power BI. - Basic development knowledge in JavaScript and C#. Academic and Professional Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in science, technology, or engineering. Experience - At least 3 years of experience working with CRM Dynamics. Languages - Intermediate level of English proficiency (nice to have).
