This role blends creative execution with operational efficiency — ideal for someone who loves design, storytelling, and systems. You’ll manage content creation, keep sales pipelines organized, and ensure our marketing and prospecting activities stay on track. Responsibilities Content Creation & Design Design flyers, social posts, and branded materials Create & Edit short-form videos for LinkedIn and Meta Draft social content using AI tools and schedule/publish posts Maintain and organize a content calendar with upcoming events and campaigns Keep our CRM up to date with active leads, client interactions, and follow-ups Support CEO and Program Manager Team in keeping CRM activities on track by creating weekly to-do lists and tracking progress Help draft templated outreach messages, proposals, and sales materials Track lead generation performance and flag priority prospects Support pipeline hygiene and ensure no prospect or task slips through the cracks Admin & CEO Support Manage day-to-day task tracking, follow-ups, and team coordination Help with event logistics and project timelines Communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors Perform occasional research, spreadsheet work, and general administrative tasks Support the team of 6 with administrative projects such as updating program materials, organizing team events including catering, calendar invitations, agendas, etc. About You You’re highly organized and pay attention to detail; you can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, task trackers, due dates, progress reports—you own them all and keep the team on track.
