As an experienced Senior Product Manager , you will define strategy and roadmap for a Kubernetes-based infrastructure platform. Your focus will be on automating customer self-service with AI Agents, supporting Linux workloads, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable, world-class software systems. Promote the product to new customers across Microsoft. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, including platform owners, engineering teams, and compliance auditors. Work with Microsoft 365 and Azure teams to develop new features and ensure business continuity. Manage the backlog and prioritize features, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Deliver an enterprise-grade platform across various clouds following go-to-market strategies. Build partnerships with technical leaders across the company. Uphold our culture and values. Qualifications Required Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years in product/service/project/program management or software development, or equivalent experience. Familiarity with Kubernetes or containers. Preferred Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent. Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels. Curiosity and ability to thrive in ambiguity. Positive, collaborative attitude with a bias for action. Commitment to a healthy team culture. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in building software platforms. Empathy for developers and customer-centric design thinking. Ability to develop vision and roadmap for complex areas.
