The Securities & Derivatives Manager is an intermediate management level position responsible for leading a team to process orders and transactions from trading desks and branch offices in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. The role aims to ensure the seamless delivery of securities and derivatives transactions. Responsibilities: Execute securities transaction processing related to Securities Clearance Settlement for bonds, FX, money markets, and Derivatives Operations. Develop procedures and techniques to increase team productivity and meet performance goals. Propose solutions for settlement process improvements, client service enhancements, and technology upgrades. Serve as an expert and first point of escalation for staff, management, and clients. Escalate control gaps and issues to senior management. Identify and address control gaps during settlement to mitigate risks. Analyze data to identify and resolve control deficiencies. Mentor and advise new and junior staff. Assess risks in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, and maintain high ethical standards. Qualifications: 5-8 years of relevant experience in securities transaction processing, including instructions, settlement, and accounting. Experience in project leadership and management. Strong knowledge of payments structure under ISO 20022. Deep understanding of settlement cycle procedures and issue resolution. Previous management experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Education: University degree or equivalent experience. Additional valued skills include proficiency in advanced English, experience with Fixed Income and Bonds, and knowledge of ISO 20022. #J-18808-Ljbffr
