Job Summary Our client is seeking a Full Stack Team Lead to spearhead the technical execution of their Media Kit platform. This role is a blend of hands-on development and team leadership, focusing on ensuring the timely delivery of both the editorial administration interface and the public-facing Media Kit rendering pipeline. Responsibilities - Lead the development of front-end and back-end features, including editor workflows, publishing states, search/filter logic, and role-based access. - Implement APIs, caching layers, live previews, and audit trails. - Collaborate with the Architect on system compliance and maintain high code quality standards. - Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery forecasting alongside the Product Manager. Qualifications and Job Requirements - Strong experience with full stack JavaScript, specifically React and Node.js. - Proficiency in RESTful API development. - Solid knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases. - Experience working with Redis (for caching and fast data access). - Proven technical leadership in agile/sprint-based environments. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD workflows. - Familiarity with editorial workflows and publishing state management. - Experience with publishing pipelines or modular content systems (headless CMS) (Nice to have).
