Role Summary We are seeking a Sales Enablement and Marketing Assistant who brings a builder’s mindset and is deeply comfortable using AI tools for sales prospecting, content creation, market research, and campaign execution. This role will operate at the intersection of marketing and sales operations, with a focus on improving visibility, automation, and execution across both functions. This Colombia-based role (remote, aligned to U.S. hours) will be the daily sales enabler and primary marketing operator —from crafting outreach lists and managing AI-powered campaigns to surfacing insights that improve performance across the funnel. Key Responsibilities Use AI tools (e.g., Apollo, Clay, ChatGPT, Lavender, etc.) to generate prospecting insights, messaging personalization, and collateral. Maintain and enrich CRM data (HubSpot), ensuring segmentation, lead quality, and outreach alignment. Build, cleanse, and filter B2B contact and company lists based on ICP criteria, intent signals, and payment behavior. Produce daily/weekly dashboards on rep activity, funnel health, email performance, and conversion trends. Design, organize, and maintain sales collateral repositories (slides, use cases, objection-handling guides). Support SDRs and AEs with AI-generated templates, objection responses, and content snippets. AI-Powered Marketing Execution Run multi-channel outbound campaigns using AI-enhanced sequencing tools. Manage Citcon’s LinkedIn and B2B social media presence, including post scheduling, engagement monitoring, and lead routing. Own and improve email marketing and nurture campaigns using automation tools (HubSpot & Apollo) Identify marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) via AI-based scoring and campaign analytics. Research competitors, trends, and target segments using market intelligence and generative AI tools. Collaborate with product marketing to draft and revise content with AI support (blogs, landing pages, case studies). Weekly Expectations Join daily sales syncs and log enablement tasks. Produce/update 3–5 collateral assets or playbooks. Deliver 1–2 prospecting or ICP research insights. Generate weekly funnel and performance reports. Marketing Operations: Run 2–3 AI-powered email sequences or campaigns. Post 3–4 times on LinkedIn or relevant platforms. Engage with potential prospects from our social media accounts. Report on campaign KPIs, including engagement and lead quality. Deliver one market or competitive insight per week. List Building & Filtering: Curate, enrich, and validate contact/company lists weekly based on evolving ICP and go-to-market priorities. AI Stack Management: Maintain working knowledge of top sales and marketing AI tools. Experiment with at least one new AI use case or tool per month. Requirements Native English speaker with strong copywriting and communication skills. Prior experience in remote U.S. market-facing roles. 2–4 years experience in sales enablement, marketing ops, or demand generation roles—preferably in fintech or B2B SaaS. Must have experience with payments , especially global pay-ins via wallets and credit cards . Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI sales/marketing tools (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot AI, Copy.ai, Clay, Instantly, ChatGPT). CRM and marketing automation expertise (HubSpot or Salesforce, email automation tools). Self-starter with strong analytical, organizational, and execution skills. Able to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with startup energy. Bonus Points Experience in the cross-border or global payments space.
