The Marketing Manager strategically develops and implements Lulo Libros marketing and communications programs regarding its educational resources and services, in order to build brand awareness, support business objectives, foster customer retention, execute business development campaigns and increase sales. This includes day-to-day marketing needs such as campaigns. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: **Marketing and Communications Responsibilities: ** Create quarterly marketing goals that coordinate with sales activities including events, conferences, campaigns, print, online, video and social media Plan and develop strategy for monthly social media plan Work with Sales Manager to maintain conference and event schedule Lead weekly marketing meeting and attend monthly marketing sales meeting to provide updated communication marketing and website traffic Use Microsoft Dynamics Marketing to: - Create and deliver companywide marketing plans efficiency - Plan and Set Up Event Registration Design marketing materials in line with the marketing plan, including but not limited to: - Business cards - Nametags - Print and digital flyers - Pre - Lead & survey forms - Signage - Advertisements - Event registration pages (in Microsoft Dynamics and company Wix website) - Social media posts - Pitch decks and/or PowerPoint presentations - In house company documents such as handbooks, phone directories and accountability chart Manage printers and other promotional vendors **Brand Awareness and Corporate Image: ** Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity Reinforce Luo Libros corporate brand through consistent imagery, colors, fonts, apparel, and written communications Perform various PR duties including but not limited to preparing press releases, seeking opportunities to advertise, and generally following industry trends **Website Content and Social Media Management: ** Manage and oversee the content of our website to ensure that they are current, dynamic, and relevant Curate social media strategy represented on channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn on a consistent basis Review and report on web analytics on quarterly basis (SEM) practices **Requirements: ** - Minimum of 3-5 years of digital marketing experience with US-based businesses - Experience with with one or more of the following digital advertising platforms: Facebook, Google, Instagram and TikTok - Knowledge of setting up, managing and optimizing PPC campaigns - Experience with cloud based phone softwares such as OpenPhone and Dialpad - Experience with CRM software, Microsoft and Google Suite - Reliable internet/WiFi and excellent audio quality with mínimal to zero background noise - Great at communication especially when there are vague requirements; Know how to ask clarifications - Must have a strong work ethic and track record delivering results - PAYMENT: - Monthly Salary of $1500 USD - Payments are processed and sent via Wise or similar platform at an established frequency (twice a month)- SCHEDULE: 8:00 am to 5:00pm CDT
