We provide high-touch service and efficient coordination across multiple teams and vendors. We are hiring a remote IT Assistant who can help support daily operations, troubleshoot user issues, and grow with our team over time. **Important**: - This is **not** a job for someone working two or more roles already. - **Level 1 IT support experience is required.**: **Responsibilities** - Provide remote IT support using control software (e.g., AnyDesk, TeamViewer) - Troubleshoot common Windows OS issues (login failures, network problems, app errors) - Generate internal reports and support the team with Excel-based tasks - Use macros and formulas to clean, organize, and analyze datasets - Research tools, trends, or hardware for internal documentation and inventory - Coordinate remote technicians and contractors across U.S. locations for on-site assistance **Required Qualifications** - At least 1 year of **Level 1 IT support** experience - Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) - Comfortable handling phone-based support in English - Proven experience with Windows troubleshooting - Familiarity with remote desktop tools and Excel - Stable internet and quiet home work environment - Based in **Colombia** **Preferred But Not Required** - Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Trello, or ticketing platforms - Familiarity with basic networking terms (IP, DNS, gateway, DHCP) - Basic GPO or AD knowledge is a plus **Work Schedule** - Part-time or full-time (20-40 hours/week) - Core availability required during **U.S. Eastern Time hours (9 AM - 6 PM)**: - Must be able to adjust for U.S. daylight savings time shifts - Option to work early shifts depending on demand (7 AM start) **Compensation** - $5 USD/hour - Paid every two weeks via wire transfer to your Colombian bank account (we cover fees) - Invoicing required every other Monday **Application Process** We’re looking for someone who wants **a long-term role**, not a side gig.
