About the job Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer Location: Bogota, Colombia / (Remote) Years of Experience: 1-3 Years Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Key Responsibilities - Travel frequently within Latin America and internationally based on business needs. - Distribute AI and vision-centric software to customers across various platforms (Linux, Windows). - Collaborate with customers to debug and resolve deployment issues. - Develop and optimize highly reliable services to enable swift product delivery. - Monitor and analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements for high availability. - Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems for proactive issue detection. - Work with security teams to ensure robust security measures for infrastructure and applications. - Foster a culture of thorough technical understanding, ownership, and close collaboration between Development, Product, and Customer Success teams.
