This role will lead the identification, negotiation, and management of partnerships with athletes, sports clubs, and events that enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and position Skechers as a key player in performance and lifestyle sports categories. Key Responsibilities: Lead the partnership with Everton de Viña del Mar Football Club, managing all brand-related activities and product development. Design and implement a sports marketing strategy aligned with Skechers’ brand positioning and business goals, focusing on football as the main sport for brand momentum. Build and manage a portfolio of athletes, sports clubs, and events for consistent brand exposure. Establish and maintain relationships with athletes, oversee product seeding, campaign briefings, and social media guidance. Develop and execute a Key Ambassadors Plan to promote Skechers Tech Sports products. Foster relationships with industry influencers to expand brand relevance. Create initiatives linking sports partnerships with retail and sales performance. Collaborate internally with Product, Sales, and Operations teams for planning and procurement. Manage the Sports Marketing budget effectively, ensuring ROI. Partner with HR on internal engagement initiatives related to sports and wellness. Coordinate timely delivery and production of co-branded products with the club’s calendar. Coordinate activations aligned with milestones and sporting moments.
