Business Growth Specialist ELVTR is seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to drive B2B initiatives and expand its customer base. This role requires a strong understanding of the B2B landscape, including sales cycles, business models, and corporate decision-making processes. Responsibilities: - Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients through emails, phone calls, and meetings. - Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating the features and benefits of ELVTR's courses. - Sales Negotiations: Negotiate terms of sales agreements, including pricing and contract terms, and address client objections to close deals. - Account Management: Manage existing client accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business, providing after-sales support as needed. - Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Sales Reporting: Use CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions. Requirements: - B2B Sales/Bizdev Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, and/or partnership building. - Communication and Language Skills: Exceptional command of the English language, with native-level fluency and outstanding ability to communicate and negotiate with diverse stakeholders. - Working Hours Flexibility: Ability to work with teams across different time zones if needed, aligning working hours with the North American market.
