Field Worker - COL Publication Date: Apr 25 2025 Position: Medical Representative - General Medicine – Cali As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for territory management, promoting the benefits of the products within your unit to healthcare professionals (doctors and pharmacists) through various interaction channels to contribute to patient benefits, ensuring access to GSK products and visits to Points of Sale (POS) and Dispensing Points (PDP). Responsibilities: Complete mapping of your accounts, ensuring information collection, follow-up, and implementation of territory plans that add value, identifying business opportunities to develop the assigned territory. Map the critical patient route to generate formulations and ensure traceability of promotional products. Plan, implement, and coordinate strategies for each product, managing resources based on the marketing mix to maximize growth. Properly implement marketing strategies and sales techniques with high-level scientific information during visits to ensure engagement with medical professionals. Build, review, and update the medical panel periodically according to targeting and segmentation for the specialized line. Achieve KPIs and results defined by the business sustainably, following GSK's policies and internal compliance processes. Why You? Your Qualifications: University degree in Administration, Engineering, Health, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience as a sales representative in the pharmaceutical and institutional sector. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of the Colombian health system.
