As a Contingent Resource Manager , in Bogota, you will join a diverse, passionate team, dedicated to making possibilities happen in the payments industry! Job Purpose The Client Delivery team relies heavily on third-party contractor resources, (contingent workers), to provide additional capacity and support to customer projects. This role involves overseeing the engagement with third-party vendors and contractor resources, understanding the contingent workforce needs of the Client Delivery Management Team, and translating these needs into requirements for discussions with third-party vendors. The role is responsible for onboarding these resources into the Client Delivery teams and managing the contracted resources. Performance is typically measured by utilization (i.e., billable hours for the resources) and performance against budget. Job Responsibilities Work with Client Delivery Management team to determine contractor needs / requirements Engage with 3rd Party Vendors to identify candidates to meet the needs of the Client Delivery organization Engage with Finance to review budget, SOWs, etc. to get necessary approvals Onboard the identified contractor resources (Equipment and access requests, access to required training, etc.) Review monthly utilization actuals / forecasts to ensure contracted resources are contributing to billable work, as expected Review / approves monthly invoices from the 3rd Party vendors Perform all resource manager activities defined by company for the contracted resources Perform other duties as assigned Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. Qualifications(Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience. 3-5 years related people management experience. 2+ years of experience reviewing SOWs.
