We are currently recruiting for a **Procurement Coordinator **to join our team. **What you will do** Support the Procurement team on all procurement related matters. Focus is on day-to-day support where quick turn times and actioning are key for a successful execution of the role. Strong teamplay and communication skills combined with a structured and pragmatic approach are needed to pro-actively support the business. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage ad-hoc pricing requests from the business and accordingly source rates from suppliers in a timely fashion. - Maintain accuracy in STCs cost databases. - Follow freight market developments and pro-actively source based on market movements. - Ensure contracts, terms, and other procurement related documents are uploaded and maintained. - Perform ad-hoc reporting requests on procurement related matters. - Analyze and solve procurement related invoice discrepancies. - Assist on tenders and the follow up of rate uploads and database management resulting from these sourcing events. **Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree or on the job experience over 2 years. - Procurement experience ideal. - Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Suite - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to be diplomatic and maintain a neutral approach in contentious situations. - Must be a champion in teamplay within STC. - Must be energetic, independent a self-starter and able to determine and define priorities. - Must be ethical, organized, prepared, detail oriented and have international experience and an awareness of different cultures. **About Stolt - Nielsen** Stolt-Nielsen Limited is a long-term investor and manager of businesses, focused on opportunities in logistics, distribution, and aquaculture.
