What you’ll do As a Principal Consultant with ERM’s Corporate Sustainability & Climate Change (CS&CC;) service, you will work in a fast growing and entrepreneurial team of consultants. We have a global client based and you will be exposed to an international environment. Your time will be split between supporting client projects, business development and developing knowledge and assets within the field of sustainability and low carbon economy transition. On client projects, you will work in a team of professionals to help clients across the financial and corporate sectors solving challenges in the field of, but not limited to, ESG, sustainability strategy development and execution, sustainability ambition and target setting, sustainable finance, low carbon economy transition, climate change, performance and impact measurement and sustainability reporting. Your responsibilities could include, for example: performance benchmarking, review/analyze corporate activities, provide recommendations to improve sustainability performance, develop trainings and tools to implement the recommendations, prepare client reports and presentations. Additionally, you will support the team with developing client ready proposals, preparing sales pitches and other business activities to grow ERM’s ESG, Corporate Sustainability, LCET & Climate Change service in the financial and corporate sector. You will also provide your knowledge and insights to develop assets to support our clients with managing their business opportunities and risks associated with climate change and other sustainability issues. Who you’ll work with You will be based in our Bogotá office as part of ERM’s Corporate Sustainability & Climate Change Northern LAC (Colombia, Guyana, Mexico) team. Corporate Sustainability & Climate change is a team of management consultants focused on helping companies to create long-term value by managing the opportunities and mitigate the risks posed by low carbon economy transition and other sustainability issues. Corporate Sustainability & Climate Change is a service with a unique blend of strategic, operational, data & analytics and technical expertise and knowledge. The team works across all financial and corporate sectors, including Mergers & Acquisitions. At ERM, regardless of the sector in which you work, you will get the opportunity to work with multi-disciplinary teams and in different business environments.
