We are looking for multi-skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of Listings and Crisis Manager. We are looking for a Listings and Crisis Manager with strong experience in leading and executing strategies to protect and restore client brand equity, account health, and listing performance on Amazon and Walmart. This high-impact role requires deep expertise in Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central, a proactive approach to risk management, and the ability to train, lead, and scale a high-performing crisis team. The salary range is 1,200 USD to 2,200 USD per month, depending on the candidate's experience and seniority. Candidates from other Latin American countries may be considered. Candidates in a time zone outside of the western hemisphere will NOT be considered. The role is100% Remote. ALL RESUMES MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ENGLISH Responsibilities: Lead Daily Account Audits: Conduct and oversee daily audits across all client accounts to proactively identify and address issues related to account health, brand status, listing performance, pricing discrepancies, and more. Listing & Account Reinstatement: Own the end-to-end reinstatement process for suspended listings or accounts. Craft high-quality Plans of Action, Amazon executive escalation letters, and other high-level appeals. Case & Escalation Management: Track and manage open cases across Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Brand Registry, resolving complex escalated issues. Marketplace Monitoring & Response: Monitor product and account listing alerts through tools such as Sentry Kit, Feedback Whiz, and act promptly to mitigate issues. Collaboration with Listing Management: Support listing creation and updates, addressing listing errors, suppressed merges, A+ content updates, and other catalog-related requests. Data & Content Management: Manage updates to product information sheets and inventory data for optimized listings. Brand Registry & Compliance Oversight: Lead the enrollment and approval process for Amazon Brand Registry and represent clients in all compliance matters. Brand Protection Collaboration: Work with the Brand Protection team to safeguard intellectual property and enforce brand control across Amazon marketplaces. Vendor Central to Seller Central Transitions: Guide the strategic and technical migration of products from Vendor Central to Seller Central. Process Automation & Optimization: Identify activities for automation or process improvements to scale crisis management operations. Team Leadership & Training: Manage the Crisis Management team, delegating tasks, prioritizing, and training new members on internal processes. Amazon Policy Expertise: Stay informed on Amazon’s evolving policies and compliance standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Connect with other Centers of Excellence and Growth Partners to enhance client success. Process & Documentation Management: Develop and maintain internal workflows, SOPs, and documentation to streamline execution and enable client self-service. Requirements: Fluent in English, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO HAVE A FLUENT PROFESSIONAL CONVERSATION IN ENGLISH 5+ years in ecommerce operations, account health, or crisis management, ideally within Amazon-focused agencies or brands. Deep expertise in Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Brand Registry, and case/escalation handling. Proven success in resolving listing/account suspensions and crafting appeals (e.g., POAs, Bezos letters). Experience leading teams, building SOPs, and optimizing internal processes. Strong analytical skills to interpret NCX data, compliance metrics, and account indicators. Experience with online collaboration tools (Slack, Google Workspace) and project management software (Clickup, Wrike, Asana). Familiarity with data analysis/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a strong asset. Excellent planning, time management, and the ability to manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously. Ability to operate independently within agreed policies, targets, and budgets.
