About Us Geeks5g is an international digital marketing and technology company. We help businesses grow with SEO, websites, social media, Google Ads, AI/software, call centers, and more. With rapid expansion, we are building out our internal systems and team structure. We are looking for a Sales Operations (Sales Ops / Order Desk) Coordinator to support our sales team by managing contracts, payments, client onboarding, and CRM hygiene. This role ensures that once a deal is closed, all the administrative details are handled accurately and efficiently — freeing sales to focus only on selling. Role Overview As Sales Ops, you are the engine behind the sales process. You make sure contracts are clean, payments are processed, clients are set up in our systems, and kickoff meetings are scheduled. You’ll also maintain the CRM so we always have accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting. Your mission: turn every Closed-Won deal into a clean, ready-to-deliver project — without sales having to touch paperwork again. Key Responsibilities - Review contracts to ensure terms, pricing, and scope are correct. - Confirm payment is received and properly recorded. - Set up new clients in Stripe and Proaxis.ai. - Ensure the kickoff meeting is scheduled with the Client Success Manager (CSM). - Maintain CRM hygiene: keep deals updated, log activities, track quotas, and maintain forecasts. - Provide weekly pipeline and revenue reports to leadership. - Work closely with Sales and Operations to ensure smooth handoffs. Requirements - Experience in sales operations, order processing, or sales support. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in contracts and payments. - Familiarity with Stripe or other payment platforms. - CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, or similar). - Organized, process-driven, and proactive. - Strong communication skills in English and Spanish. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
