The People Partner at VTEX plays a key role in Partnering with leaders to achieve Growth KPIs through peoplestrategy. The main responsibilities include: - Advise the leaderson how to achieve the Growth KPIs by designing and executingend-to-end people strategy - performance management, leadershipdevelopment, rewards & compensation, talent acquisition,conflict management, onboarding, offboarding, culture, employeerelations issues, employees journey and experience, rituals. - Be aVTEX culture evangelist and advocate for our principles in everyaction and decision of the company. - Partner with Leaders and People Partners to identify business needs and develop the properpeople product to address them. - Reinforce an inclusive andrespectful environment that allows individuals to maximize theirpotential. - Recruiting and hiring the right people to build aworld-class team. - Build trusted relationships with the mainleaders and influence key stakeholders regarding people strategy. -Design and support change management plans—org design,reorganizations, succession plans, leadership assimilation, andtransition. - Leverage the leadership performance through precisefeedback. - Translate crises into high-level conversations. -Leverage the quality of the network of conversations that enablesthe team to be fully aligned with the declared future. - Ensurethat VTEX's desirable future guides all of the teams' actions inthe present. - Act as a trusted confidant for employees,proactively reaching out to identify opportunities for improvement. - Ensure our people processes such as hiring, performancemanagement, termination, benefits, and compensation processes arealigned with local law accordingly. Who you are - 5 to 8 years ofproven experience as a People Partner in E-commerce or Techenvironments. - Strong prior experience and background in HR /People. - Be based in South Latam (Colombia). - Strong Level of Stakeholder Management Skills. - Experienced in business partneringwith a strong understanding of organizational dynamics and talentmanagement principles. - Have a keen eye for detail and preferusing structured problem-solving frameworks. - A person with a highlevel of self-awareness who leverages self-reflection as aninstrument to adapt their approach to the needs of differentpeople, styles, and contexts. - A person with the ability to thrivein a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple prioritiesand projects simultaneously. - A skillful and effectivecommunicator, both in written and oral forms, in Portuguese or Spanish and English.
