You’ll own the strategy and execution for one or more products—bringing clarity to complex challenges, inspiring teams to move fast, and ensuring that our solutions deliver real value to users and the business.Your responsibilities will include:Owning the vision and roadmap for your product(s), ensuring alignment with Clara’s strategic prioritiesLeading discovery to deeply understand user needs and uncover meaningful product opportunitiesDriving execution by collaborating with Engineering, Design, Operations, and other stakeholders to ship high-quality featuresChampioning data-driven decision-making through metrics, experimentation, and user feedbackBuilding strong business cases and communicating insights to influence senior leadershipSetting the bar for product practices, quality, and collaboration within your squadEmbedding AI tools and workflows to prototype faster, draft PRDs, automate tasks, and improve team velocityIdentifying and delivering innovative use cases for AI and LLMs across Clara’s platformEvangelizing your roadmap internally and externally to align teams and generate momentumWho you areWe’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.
