Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated Systems Administrator - ProjectWise to join the Digital group in Medellín. This journey will lead to improve project outcomes, being able to leverage the digital twin, systems integration and interoperability, support for decision-making, autonomous execution, and integrated operations and performance centers. The Systems Support Specialist is responsible for providing tier 1 support to end users of Hatch’s global ProjectWise Systems. The role requires general knowledge of networked systems administration principles. - Triage incoming incidents - Provide level 1 support to incidents - Resolve routine incidents - Communicate with post level 1 support to resolve non-routine incidents - Maintain supporting incident records, and knowledge base articles - Track incidents until resolved - Interact with vendors as required - Support global audience **You bring to the role**: - 2 - 3 years of experience in similar positions. - Outstanding written and oral communication skills with both technical, and non-technical staff - Ability to work, and interact effectively with a distributed team - Strong Troubleshooting skills - Strong organization, and multi-tasking abilities required - Experience in support role - Previous experience with Bentley ProjectWise, or other System Administration experiences an asset - Install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade software - Use a variety of scripting tools and languages to automate routine tasks - Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Windows required Why join us? - Work with great people to make a difference - Collaborate on exciting projects to develop innovative solutions - Top employer What we offer you? - Long term career development - Think globally, work locally We're committed to fostering a workforce that reflects the diversity of the communities in which we operate and serve.
