We’re looking for a Customer Experience Analyst to join our Advisory Services & Applied Insights team . You'll play a critical role in a fast-paced, multi-channel contact center environment — uncovering insights, driving strategy, and making the customer voice count. What You’ll Do As a CX Analyst, you'll be the internal advocate for our customers. Using advanced analytics and speech analytics platforms like CallMiner , you'll help us deliver effortless, impactful experiences. You will: Analyze customer data from feedback surveys, voice interactions, web analytics, social media, and performance metrics. Leverage CallMiner to uncover conversation trends, emotional signals, and areas for process improvement. Identify key patterns, root causes of friction, and moments that matter. Translate insights into compelling, actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams. Use storytelling, visualization, and modeling to influence decisions at all levels. Monitor the impact of your recommendations and continuously optimize the customer journey. You’re more than data-driven — you’re customer-obsessed and results-oriented. You're excited by the idea of turning complexity into clarity. You bring: Advanced English level (C1). Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. 2+ years of experience in CX, data, or marketing analytics roles. Proficiency in Google Looker, Tableau, SQL, Google Analytics . Hands-on experience with CallMiner , Qualtrics , or Medallia . Familiarity with CX methodologies and customer feedback programs.
