time left to apply End Date: May 31, 2025 (10 days left to apply)job requisition id R0182899PURPOSE AND SCOPE:Management of the labor relations processes of the Production Plant, focusing on designing, developing, implementing, and following up on policies, plans, programs, procedures, and relations between workers, managers, and the company. The goal is effective and efficient management through controlling activities involved in HR administration.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Analyze, execute, and monitor all labor relations processes at the site.Provide expert, reliable, and comprehensive advice across the HR spectrum on employee relations.Handle highly complex and confidential matters related to human resources, human rights, regulatory compliance, and legal investigations.Follow up on medical incapacity, absenteeism, and accident cases.Support updating rules, procedures, regulations, overtime, and permits with the Ministry of Labor.Prepare special contracts, substitutions, and contract assignments.Report payroll-related updates to the Labor Relations area.Conduct investigations of GID cases, employees, or groups of employees.Participate in the induction of new staff, including temporary, student, and direct personnel.Coordinate requests and updates for life and accident insurance with the insurance intermediary.Ensure compliance with the collection of disability payments over 180 days.EDUCATION AND LICENSES:Degree in law, HR, administration, or related fields. All relevant state licensure, education, and training as required.Demonstrated commitment to organizational culture, values, and customer service standards.EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:Minimum 4 years managing labor relations processes, with experience in manufacturing and logistics operations.
