You're their main point of contact and trusted partner - Host regular check-ins with both clients and internal teams to ensure goals, timelines, and expectations are crystal clear - Keep CRM tools up to date - Stay one step ahead of problems, timelines, and scope creep (aka your project management radar is always on) - Keep the vibe positive, the communication flowing, and the work on point **What We´re Looking For**: - 3+ years of experience in account management or client services (preferably in a creative or marketing agency) - Strong verbal and written English skills.
