ABOUT THE TEAM: RealPage is a leading global provider of software and data analytics for the real estate industry. The Asset & Investment Management team makes software for real estate companies to collect and report on their operational data. WHAT YOUâLL DO: RealPage is seeking a BI developer to join our Asset & Investment Management team. You will help deliver a market-leading BI solution to our IM customer base. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Design, develop, modify, and support internal databases (native SQL and through SSIS) and reporting services as required to deliver new systems functionality that will support and drive business objectives. - Conducts training programs for other team members - Create and maintain development documentation for all projects and tasks. - Implement planning and development methodologies with a focus on productivity and is results oriented. - Monitors data projects in accordance with the development life cycle; assures compliance with quality standards - Assists the project manager to establish a clear vision and strategy - Works closely with the project manager for resource allocation with internal teams. - Promote teamwork and empower employees. - Develop to work with effective communication - Propose and implement SLAs - Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: - Bachelors or master’s degree related to computer science, software development, Information Technology or related field or 5 to 6 years’ experience in designing, developing ETL Programs, and creating technical design documentation for ETL Programs. The capability to understand high level architectural concepts and create product technology roadmaps. - Advanced Experience working with Microsoft related Business Intelligence tools, specifically SSIS - Knowledge of SSAS Tabular Cube, Power BI is a plus - Strong SQL skills - Experience solutioning and development of ETL’s and working w/ API’s - Knowledge about SQL Query, T-SQL and SSIS Package Optimization. - Knowledge of PowerShell is a plus. - Flexible during times of change with the ability to navigate and resolve ambiguity. - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. - Strong analysis skills and attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Proficient English is preferred) - Excellent interpersonal skills. - Ability to train and guide others. Work well in a dynamic team environment.
