Job summary Ground Game LLC is sourcing an elite Technical E-commerce Specialist from Latin America for a key remote role supporting a major US-based client. Responsibilities - Rapidly implementing and managing technical solutions within complex WordPress and WooCommerce environments. - Overseeing large-scale product catalogs, including performing complex bulk data imports and transformations (CSV/JSON). - Developing and configuring custom checkout experiences and integrating payment gateways. - Setting up and managing intricate shipping and tax rules (experience with AvaTax/Avalara is a significant plus). - Implementing product bundles and sophisticated pricing structures. - Managing the full lifecycle of order fulfillment workflows. - Configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining essential WordPress plugins. - Ensuring peak site performance and adhering to security best practices. - Handling all stages of deployment across development, staging, and production environments. - Managing data integrations through API connections and webhooks. - Communicating status updates effectively and proactively identifying solutions to challenges before escalation. Qualifications - Deep, hands-on expertise with both WordPress and complex WooCommerce implementations. - Proficiency using the Elementor page builder. - A working knowledge of CSS, HTML, PHP, JavaScript, and Git. - Strong troubleshooting abilities and problem-solving skills. - Experience with enterprise-level API integrations.
