We're seeking a talented and experienced Test Automation Manager to lead our QA team in developing and executing advanced automation strategies. This role involves setting quality benchmarks, guiding the development of test cases, and ensuring the alignment of testing practices with overall development goals, focusing on efficiency and accuracy. - This position requires defining the strategic approach for automated testing, including test case creation and test plan design, to ensure thorough product functionality verification. - The successful candidate will facilitate close collaboration between QA and development teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters for a unified approach to product design and requirements. - A key aspect of this role is leading the management of bugs and enhancements, ensuring effective tracking and resolution. - You will oversee the investigation and analysis of product defects, providing strategic direction for improvements. - An essential responsibility will be architecting and implementing a comprehensive Test Automation strategy across the organization. - Experience in generating high-quality API level automated test scripts, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, is highly desirable. About You - We're looking for someone with at least 7 years of experience in QA Automation, preferably with knowledge in RPA frameworks. - Candidates should have proficient knowledge of Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration. - An ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Design Patterns, as well as advanced IT infrastructure knowledge. - A strong background in application security best practices and proven experience in developing and integrating large-scale applications are also essential. - We're looking for an expert in both back-end and front-end development areas, skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines. - A candidate with excellent communication skills, capable of effectively communicating technical concepts to clients and stakeholders, is highly preferred. - Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, task estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning are required. - Fluency in English is necessary.
