Regional Learning & Development Manager (Pharmaceutical) This role involves understanding business priorities through needs analysis, designing and delivering tailored training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. Responsibilities include conducting training needs assessments, competency mapping, developing regional training modules, delivering sessions, coordinating on-the-job coaching, and integrating learning activities with performance management and talent development. The manager will also analyze psychographics and psychometric data to enhance customer segmentation and employee development, respectively. Regular reporting and management of training data are essential. Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science / Pharmacy / Doctor / Nurses or equivalent, with sound knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, Pathophysiology, and Pharmacology. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or related fields, with an MBA in Marketing, HR, International Business, or similar certification. Experience 3-5 years in pharmaceutical sales & marketing roles such as Medical Sales Representative, KAM, or Supervisor, with proven sales records. Experience as a Training Manager or conducting training as a Supervisor, Area Manager, or ACM is preferred.
