Role Partner cooperatively in a team environment to support the evolution of a wide array of programs across Mastercard business Liaise with the global customer base to identify opportunities to improve current programs and develop an understanding of customer needs Support larger team functions related to ensuring customer compliance with Mastercard standards Work with analytic insights and tools to facilitate compliance, investigative, and reporting initiatives Perform project management duties, creating and documenting processes, developing timelines, managing compliance cases, and supporting risk mitigation for third parties Communicate across key stakeholders to implement action plans addressing vulnerabilities and weaknesses Interface with internal customers to communicate and educate on program rules, procedures, and best practices Conduct desktop research to identify regional or global trends and develop key performance metrics and reporting Assist with ad hoc requests, participate in special projects, and provide cross-functional support as needed All About You/Experience Accounting, Business, or Finance Major Analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills Strategic thinker with data analytics skills to meet business goals Strong written and verbal communication skills Project management skills, highly organized with attention to detail Ability to work independently to develop and implement solutions Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver results Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access; programming skills a plus Quick learner of new applications and technologies; experience with Tableau, Domo, or similar BI tools is a plus Understanding of risk management disciplines Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks involve inherent risks.
