The Project Manager will plan and control activities to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with quality, managing risks and issues proactively. Main Responsibilities: Manage projects end-to-end, including scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risks, procurement, and stakeholder engagement. Lead all project phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Apply NICE project management methodologies, defining tasks, preparing plans, monitoring progress, and managing scope and scope changes. Serve as the primary contact for projects, representing NICE in internal and external forums, and advising clients on roadmaps and ROI. Proactively manage issues, communicate status, and escalate as needed. Report project status accurately to stakeholders and manage related revenue and forecasts. Measure delivery quality and efficiency, providing feedback and contributing to methodology improvements. Participate in the broader project management community to share knowledge and improve practices. Qualifications: Ideal candidates will have: At least 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, leading teams and managing people in a matrix environment, with international client experience. Experience managing projects in consulting or software organizations, delivering solutions to external clients. Experience managing the full software SDLC, including discovery, design, and development of custom solutions. Ability to handle complex, dynamic projects and multiple simultaneous projects. Experience managing IT, telephony, and software projects. Strong customer relationship skills and ability to bridge business and technical issues. Willingness to work in a dynamic, global, collaborative environment. Strong business acumen, revenue forecasting, and budget management skills. PMP certification is desirable.
