Help Hotels Succeed with Data-Driven Pricing Strategies The Role: As a Remote Hotel Revenue Manager, you will be the brain behind our hotel partners' pricing and distribution strategies. - Set optimal prices across channels in real-time. - Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maximize revenue. - Collaborate with hotels to achieve their revenue goals without overspending. - Develop and maintain relationships with hotel partners via video meetings. - Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and implement changes. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in hotel revenue management. - Proficiency in hotel industry software, including OTAs, RMS, PMS, and Channel Managers. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Based in Colombia and willing to work remotely. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working in multi-property or outsourced revenue setups. - Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills. - Degree in hospitality/tourism, but not required.
