Check out how it will impact our ecosystem: As a Product Manager – Supply Chain , you’ll own product strategy and execution for critical parts of the Turbo supply chain - from inventory management to procurement systems and dark store optimization. You’ll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Commercial teams to solve deeply complex logistical challenges through elegant, tech-driven solutions. As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for: Own and evolve Turbo’s supply chain product stack, with a focus on tooling that supports inventory management, demand forecasting, replenishment, and purchasing. Lead integrations and feedback loops between our internal Warehouse Management System (WMS), third party WMS (Copernico) and forecasting and inventory planning system (Fountain9) to enable accurate inventory decisions and workflows. Design and implement purchase planning workflows, including multi-step approval flows that align business, finance, and ops teams around smart procurement decisions. Enhance our supplier portal to drive better collaboration with external suppliers - enabling smoother onboarding, communication, and quality tracking that improves overall fulfillment reliability. Partner with Data, Ops, and Engineering to build smarter automation for stock allocation and replenishment across dark stores. Translate complex operational challenges into clear, scalable product solutions with measurable impact. Use data to define success metrics, monitor feature adoption and performance, and guide iterative improvements post-launch. Work closely with Ops, Commercial, and Tech teams across multiple countries to ensure Turbo’s supply chain products scale with the business. Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe? 2–3 years of experience in Product, Ops, or Strategy roles (supply chain/logistics exposure a big plus). Fluent in English and Spanish. Strong analytical skills, you love digging into numbers and building a case for what to build next. Familiarity with product development processes (agile, user stories, MVPs, etc.). Ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into clear, actionable product solutions. Great communication skills - you're equally comfortable speaking with engineers and warehouse managers. SQL and/or basic data analysis skills is a plus (bonus if you've worked with BI tools like Looker or Tableau). A bias for action, experimentation, and a passion for solving real-world problems through tech.
