Drive achievement of the BUs talent KPIs to better achieve our goals on diversity, gender balance, and cross-moves. - Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP): Support the business to build specific action plans to build the right capabilities and critical competencies for now and the future. - Organizational Development: Support the business in organizational transformation while ensuring best practices are observed in organization design to promote effectiveness, flexibility, and competitiveness. - Culture, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I;) and Change Management: Promote our Culture "Challenger Mindset" through local and regional initiatives. - Performance and Compensation Management: Oversee annual performance management and compensation cycle. Lead the process with business leadership teams. - People Manager Development: Support managers in team leadership through facilitated development activities and use of online resources. About you: - Experience: - Experience in human resources, preferably in multinational corporations within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) - Experience working in Andean region countries (Colombia, Ecuador, Peru) is highly valued - Well-rounded experience in leadership development, career consulting, compensation, employee relations, culture transformation, and change management - Experience supporting commercial, trade marketing, sales, or marketing teams is a strong plus. - Skills: - Team Player mindset - Strategic Business partnering - Management & coaching skills - Challenging status quo - Business acumen - Analytical skills - Communication and consulting skills - Decision making - Change management - Priority-setting skills - Financial acumen and analytical skills - Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields; post-grad studies are a plus. - Languages: Strong communication skills in English and Spanish are required Why us?
