Committed to safety, speed, and integrity, they aim to solve challenging problems while driving community impact through workforce development and inclusive hiring. **On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Digital Marketing/CRM Coordinator to join their growing home improvement business. In this role, you will help implement and execute content, video, and marketing automation strategies using AI tools and a proven marketing framework. You will play a key role in supporting digital campaigns, posting content, editing videos, and assisting with light social engagement—all while receiving hands-on coaching, structured training, and clear direction through a 12-month marketing roadmap.** **Benefits**: - Competitive salary ($750/month) - Strong support system - Salary increase starting in your first year of employment (based on performance) - Monthly Performance Incentive (only for full-time roles | based on given metrics |can range from $40 - $50) - Health benefit ($30/month) - No computer activity monitoring - Training materials for upskilling provided - Paid holiday leaves (depending on the holidays that the client observes) - Paid sick leaves (sick leave convertible to cash if perfect attendance) - Paid planned leaves - Internet Allowance ($25/month) **Key Responsibilities** - **Social Media Growth & Engagement**: - Regularly post, schedule, and manage content on LinkedIn and other platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, if needed) - Engage with followers and connections to foster trust and increase visibility - Support strategies that grow client’s digital authority and reach - **LinkedIn Outreach and Management**: - Support lead generation through connection requests and content engagement - Conduct follow-ups and respond to direct messages using approved outreach templates and LinkedIn DM strategy - Update LinkedIn company page with case studies, project updates, and video clips - **Graphic Design & Video Editing**: - Edit and repurpose short-form videos using tools like Quso.ai, Captions.ai, CapCut, or Canva - Clip longer testimonial or project videos into impactful social content - Design simple branded graphics, banners, and visual templates for posts - Track performance metrics (open rates, click-throughs) and suggest improvements - Experience with platforms like Apollo or Mailchimp is a plus - **Marketing & Campaign Execution**: - Assist with campaign setup and scheduling (e.g., LinkedIn article series, lead magnet promotions) - Help coordinate lead magnet placement and content across posts and LinkedIn profiles - Track performance and provide insights on campaign impact and opportunities - **CRM and Lead Management**: - Log campaign interactions and outreach activities within Salesforce (access may be provided) - May assist with follow-up activities and lead tracking using tools like Apollo - **Social Media Management**: - Ensure consistent visual and message alignment across all platforms - Maintain a publishing calendar aligned with monthly content themes (project spotlights, safety insights, case studies) - Organize and document all content assets for easy access and repurposing - **Reporting**: - Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for LinkedIn engagement, video views, and lead interactions - Submit weekly updates with task summaries, wins, and suggested improvements - Collaborate with the JGM team and Scott’s coaching team for feedback and support - **Ad Hoc Tasks & Support**: - Help troubleshoot minor tech issues (e.g., content not posting, links not working) - Provide flexible support during busy campaign periods or special projects **Qualifications** - **1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, LinkedIn content creation, or VA support**: - **Strong working knowledge of Canva, CapCut (or similar), and LinkedIn**: - **Familiarity with B2B or industrial services marketing is a plus**: - **Strong written English skills and attention to professional tone**: - **Experience with Zapier is a plus, but not required (training can be provided)** **Working Hours**:Full Time (40 hours per week) Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM (Timezone: TBD) **About Us: MOVE Your Business** is an outsourcing company based in Southern California, dedicated to empowering both businesses and professionals.
