The Talent Development team is looking for a passionate Leadership Program Manager with expertise in project management, leadership development, instructional design, and program evaluation. This individual will contribute thought leadership, and challenge conventional wisdom/practices to take leadership development to its next level of maturity at CSG. They will proactively generate ideas to improve our leadership development practices and operate with a sense of urgency around their implementation. Partnering with HRBPs and leadership, this person will assess learning needs, design, curate, and deploy leadership development experiences for leaders at various levels at CSG. This role will primarily focus on leadership development, contributing to learning strategies, content design and customization for individual and organizational growth. They will closely partner with the organizational development workstream to tie leadership development to performance management and succession planning practices. **Role Key R&R;** - Project Management: Own end-to-end development and deployment of learning programs designed for various levels of leadership. - Needs Analysis: Conduct learning needs analyses to understand unique skill needs and challenges across leadership levels. - Consulting and Stakeholder Management: Partner with & influence decision makers (HRBP and leadership) across the business, demonstrating effective consulting skills. Maintain stakeholder alignment. - Design: Design, develop, customize, and/or curate meaningful learning solutions that break mental habits, foster new ways of thinking, build lasting participant connections, push leaders beyond their comfort zone, and create sustained behavior change. - Implement: Manage communication and logistics/coordination related to program launch and sustainment of existing programs. Facilitate programs as needed. - Evaluation: Own analytics, reporting on training activities and analyzing data to drive results and learning effectiveness at an enterprise level. **Preferred Skills/Competencies** - 5 years of experience in Instructional Design, Leadership Development, or Organizational Development space - Post-graduate degree or certificate in Instructional Design, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Organizational Development, or related field is desirable. - Experience designing, customizing, developing, and delivering learning or leadership development experiences. - Demonstrated ability to influence others and break down team silos to deliver results. - Agility - able to flex and adjust in a dynamic, ambiguous environment - and manage change for others. - Experience managing complex projects, including scoping, planning, risk, and quality management, and acting with great attention to detail. - Experience managing data, performing data analysis and working in learning systems - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to explain analysis and recommendations to all levels of the organization. - Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel - The ability to think outside of the box, be a trendsetter in the industry**,** and can push progress to the next maturity level - The ability to think globally while working with diverse groups and culture
