The Customer Support team is central to AffiniPay, which offers the leading legal practice management software tailored for the legal industry. We seek a tech-savvy individual with strong relationship-building skills to support our rapidly growing customer base. You will engage with attorneys and legal staff through inbound and outbound interactions to resolve issues, identify solutions, provide product training, and represent our brand. Your efforts will enhance customer product knowledge and loyalty, collaborating with Onboarding, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams. What You’ll Do Maintain and improve customer satisfaction by providing proactive support throughout the customer lifecycle. Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather feedback and suggest improvements. Resolve product-related support issues promptly, exercising judgment to ensure customer delight. Manage daily communication regarding support request statuses. Contribute to the Customer Success team by enhancing support resources. Act as a brand ambassador in all customer interactions. About You At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (Support, Customer Success, or Business Development). Strong ability to develop client relationships, manage expectations, and solve problems. Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal teams. Excellent probing and listening skills. Adaptability to a dynamic team environment. Exceptional interpersonal and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Friendly, clear, and confident communicator with C1 or C2 English proficiency. Location: Bogotá or Medellín, Colombia.
