Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveIntake and Data Entry Specialistto support our case management operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys working with documentation and client communications. Requirements:Strong organisational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and email platforms Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up diligently Experience in administrative, healthcare or legal support roles is a plus Full time availability: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Responsibilities:Enter data into case management software Open cases in the firm’s system and in Microsoft Word Organise client files and documentation Draft and send templated open file letters to clients Request records, bills, and liens from medical providers and health insurance companies Communicate with doctors and insurance companies via phone and email Follow up with providers for required documentation Answer incoming calls from medical providers Organise and document incoming records and bills Save emails, photographs, and relevant documents to client files Respond to emails consistently throughout the workday Schedule:Working hour: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 05:00PM Time Zone: US Eastern Standard Time Languages: English, Spanish We believe that Every Great Person Deserves a Great Job.
