HEOR & HTA Senior Consultant Job Overview This is a senior-level position that requires expertise in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) and Health Technology Assessment (HTA). The successful candidate will have a strong background in the life sciences industry, with experience in consulting and project management. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a HEOR & HTA Senior Consultant. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and developing solutions that meet those needs. - Job Responsibilities: - Participate in or lead teams in the design, development, and delivery of HEOR/HTA consulting projects or components of larger, complex projects. - Review and analyze client requirements or problems and assist in the development of proposals for cost-effective solutions that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction. - Provide direction and guidance to Analysts, Consultants, and where relevant, to Statistical Services assigned to engagement. - Develop detailed documentation and specifications. - Ensure deliverables are presented to clients with quality and timely manner. - Ensure client expectations in deliverables. - Perform oversight of HEOR/HTA projects or participate when needed. - Perform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client-specific solutions. - Design, structure, and deliver client reports and presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience. - May deliver some findings to clients. - Recommend improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems. - May identify new business opportunities of follow-on work and new leads at assigned client. - Provide follow-up with client after project deliverable has been completed to ensure client satisfaction. - Proactively develops broader and deeper knowledge of related consulting methodologies and life sciences market through on-the-job experience and participation in training opportunities. Begins to develop CoE specific subject matter expertise. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree Requirement: Yes - Master's Degree Business Administration Preferred: Yes - 4-5 years of related experience in consulting and/or life sciences industry required in the area of HEOR/HTA and/or Market Access: Yes - Solid project management skills and client influencing and relationship building skills: Yes - Ability to work willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals: Yes - Experienced with developing consultative relationships with senior level managers and executives at clients in the life science industry: Yes - Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines: Yes - Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques related to functional area: Yes - Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the life science industry: Yes - Excellent presentation, communication, and client influencing skills: Yes - Established network and referral contacts: Yes
