Job Description - Revenue Manager (HOT0BMTC) Job Number: HOT0BMTC Work Location: Hilton Bogota Corferias, Avenida El Dorado, Calle 26 Corfer, Corferias 1629 Job Requirements As Revenue Manager, you are responsible for analyzing and presenting financial and demand-based data to assist the Commercial and Senior Executive teams in making informed decisions about new business opportunities and market trends. This role reports directly to the Director of Revenue Management. The primary goal is to support the commercial team by monitoring group and transient business thresholds within specific forecast periods to achieve measurable improvements in demand and availability. You will also analyze the impact of short-term decisions on occupancy, average rate, and room profit. What will I be doing? - Manage and lead the Reservations Team in daily operations. - Ensure accurate data collection and analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. - Conduct critical analysis of strategies, room statistics, and demand factors. - Prepare and monitor market segment outlooks, comparing actual results against forecasts. - Complete and analyze month-end reports. - Assist in developing, monitoring, and adjusting sales and pricing strategies. - Identify risks and opportunities related to room and guest availability for weekly meetings. - Ensure team members are knowledgeable about relevant processes, policies, and promotions. - Manage team performance in compliance with company policies. - Recruit, train, and develop the Reservations Team.
