Senior Product Owner Take on the role of a Senior Product Owner, leveraging your extensive experience in product management to handle complex products and make strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities - Oversee the strategic development and lifecycle of one or more products, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Lead and mentor junior product owners and team members in Agile and product management best practices. - Drive product vision and roadmap, communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - Make critical decisions regarding product direction, features, and priorities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet market demands, usability standards, and financial goals. - Evaluate product performance and user feedback, using insights to iterate and enhance product offerings. Requirements - 5+ years of experience in product management with a track record of successful product delivery. - Advanced knowledge of Agile practices and ability to mentor others in Agile methodologies. - Extensive experience in stakeholder management and negotiating product features. - Strong analytical skills for market analysis, user feedback, and product performance. - Demonstrated leadership in guiding product strategy and vision. - Experience in managing complex products and addressing customer needs effectively. - Advanced level of English.
