This position will be responsible for providing financial and administrative support to the PDS NLA Team: **Location**: Bogotá, Colombia. **Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. **Contract Type**: Open-ended. **Responsibilities**: Partner with Finance to develop and manage annual budget. Work with Finance to oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organization's financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals. Invoicing principal, agent and gross contracts in North of LATAM and Central America. Ensure AR over 60 days are below 25% via monthly AR review. Monitor achievement of Plan AGM and PGOI% as a minimum. Review the total expense and to guarantee that is according to the Plan. Prepare the revenue recognition according by the USGAAP Polities. Look for savings opportunities for better forecast. Manager and update the cashflow revenue for review with the Director regional. Manage third party vendor selection and contracts as needed. Partner with Sourcing to develop and manage tender’s process (including RFPs, RFIs and vendor registration). Point contact for the new vendors to participate in the projects or included them in the database Responsible for process and procedures. Ensure every project is developed as its standards and processes. Developing processes and make follow-up on administrative matters for every NLA project (Central America, Colombia and Ecuador). Partner with Legal, Health and safety, Finance, as liaison with the operational support area. **Requirements**: Bachelor of Business Administration, Engineering or Economics. 2-3 years working experience in similar roles, including finance and administrative tasks for the development and support of project management processes. High proficiency in English. Possess excellent communication and people skills. Analytical and resourceful. Good organizational ability.
