Role Overview Your primary responsibility will be to create a warm and friendly atmosphere during introductory calls, putting clients at ease, answering their questions, and helping them get familiar with their new product. What You’ll Do: - Clearly explain product features, ensuring customers fully understand how to use them. - Be on video calls with new customers to integrate our software with their social media profiles and CRMs. - Actively follow up with potential customers to ensure their setup is complete. - Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and improve customer conversion rates. - Build rapport and set the tone for a lasting and positive relationship with clients. We are looking for a friendly, approachable, and composed professional, to join our team and provide exceptional service from the very first interaction. Requirements: ✅ Strong English communication skills. (C1 fluency level) ✅ Patience and the ability to explain things clearly. ✅ Good time management skills. ✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. ✅ Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. ✅ Proficient computer skills AND A SMILE—both are essential! Shifts: !!!
