Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 15 + years of experience in a senior client leadership role within the media or advertising industry. Deep understanding of the market and its unique challenges and opportunities. Fluency in English is required. A strong network of contacts within the industry. This role requires a transformational leader with a proven track record of building and nurturing senior-level client relationships, driving commercial success, fostering a high-performance team, and navigating complex organizational structures. In some cases, this role will have a matrix reporting relationship to regional Client Presidents, depending on the specific client portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader with prior experience in raising the profile of an organization through participating in and attending networking and industry events. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient and articulate in driving and creating diversified new revenue streams with data, tech, performance, eCommerce, and Innovation.
