Job Description This role involves highly transformational digital engagement for one of Globant's key clients. As this is exclusively a commerce business, the ideal candidate should have experience delivering complex commerce and replatforming initiatives, be capable of strategic conversations, and be ready to roll up their sleeves and get involved. This person will oversee the entire program, acting as the coordinator and integrator that keeps everything aligned. Responsibilities: Ensure strategic alignment: all decisions are aligned with business and digital strategies, with processes and mechanisms in place across the team to ensure successful outcomes. Own the governance plan and create and maintain the overall program schedule. Ensure scope management plan is documented and followed. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Understand the client's business, processes, and procedures to ensure project success. Control capacity planning and updates. Ensure a robust onboarding plan for new team members. Manage risks and opportunities by building and maintaining a risk register and mitigation plan. Proactively manage client communications and expectations. Collaborate with internal teams to control quality, suggest process improvements, highlight issues, and develop solutions. Apply Agile project methodologies effectively. Create and deliver executive reports to management and leadership. Manage the financial plan and collaborate with vendors. Focus on continuous improvement in people, processes, and technology. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of relevant web/application project management experience. Deep understanding of project management within the commerce domain. Proven track record of completing complex digital transformation projects, leading teams of 20+ from discovery to GoLive. Experience managing complex deliveries with multiple vendors as a prime vendor manager. Experience mentoring project managers and developing career paths. Ability to assess, improve, and formalize delivery processes. Experience leading discovery workshops with clients. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English. Solid organizational skills. People management skills. Deep understanding of managing projects within Team, Material, and Fixed Price models. Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
